NEW PLYMOUTH DISTRICT COUNCIL - FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

ICL Construction have been retained by the New Plymouth District Council to manage and deliver on their Property Projects in a consultation, construction, facilities and maintenance capacity

ICL provide NPDC with buildabilty, methodology, programming, estimating, project management and construction services

The Framework Contract operates under a collaborative charter on a 3 year programme.

Various works are currently underway or have been completed.
