Connett Engineering Warehouse
ICL Construction were engaged by the client as Design and Build construction partner for Connett Engineering's industrial facility in New Plymouth.
The facility includes a large open format warehouse with isolated piled foundations to suit specific machines and plant. To the North of the warehouse includes a two storey office and ablution facility for both the warehouse and office staff.
The design and construction also consisted of all services, fitout, large format concrete yard and landscaping to suit the tennants requirements and the district plan.
The core of the warehouse includes an overhead gantry crane and mezzanine storage area.
