Hobson Hotel (Novotel)

This was a tendered contract where ICL submitted based on a joint venture partnership with Hamilton based construction firm Foster Construction. Competitively tendering the project we advised the PCG team early on during the tender phase of our collaborative intentions with Foster Construction. Both firms sought competitive tenders from sub-trades and amalgamated these prices in order to derive the most competitive scenario for the client. This is just one of many relationships ICL has built up with nationwide firms over the years. The scope of works completed by ICL were, precast concrete, insitu concrete, siteworks and carpentry. We further assisted with other trades and works as required including supply of P&G equipment and hired gear.
