Stadium Taranaki - West Stand

The Yarrows Stadium Food & Beverage Building & Hospitality Suites project involved the construction of a brand new food and beverage building, including a ticketing booth and new entry system for gate 4. Two new state of the art hospitality suites were installed, complete with kitchens and ablution upgrades, and a high level internal fit out and finishing. The project also included substantial structural strengthening works underneath the existing grandstand, as well as re-construction and re-roofing of the existing stand roof.

This project (together with substantial additional works) were completed on time as required by the contract and delivered complete for the international rugby match of the All Blacks vs Argentina in 2017.

The project was awarded to ICL after a thorough tender and interview process by the New Plymouth District Council and related stakeholders.

This project recieved a Silver award at the 2019 New Zealand Commerical Project Awards.
