Struthers Place Retail Development

ICL Construction was engaged by Matvin Group to construct a 1,500m2 retail development in the Valley retail precinct in Waiwhakaiho.

Construction was precast concrete perimeter walls, glazed frontage with Speedwall inter-tenancy partitions.

The project was designed by Jackson Architects 

Construction cost - $1.6m
