Dave Corney

Dave’s approach is very collaborative, and he provides a mentorship across the ICL team. His commercial attributes across 40+ years of governance and construction are a significant asset to ICL and its clients.

Dave’s vast experience in the construction and property sectors is invaluable, he provides strong mentorship and together with his construction knowledge and commercial governance provides a strong and stable complimentary asset to ICL.

Dave’s role as shareholder and director provides governance and commercial guidance to the companies management team. He also acts as Project Director for complex large scale projects and certain clients.

Dave holds a number of qualifications including his LBP site Licence.

Prior to ICL, Dave owned and operated DML Builders in Whanganui from 2003 until it was sold in 2015 with 65+ staff.

Dave's experience hails from lengthy stints in senior onsite and offsite management positions with National Construction Company McMillian & Lockwood.

Dave has a significant property development and investment portfolio and continues to develop his assets and investments across the country.
