Marty holds a Bachelor of Construction ( Quantity Surveying ) from Massey University, Marty has managed projects throughout New Zealand and internationally up to $400m.

Marty is an experienced senior executive with over 23 years experience with a strong focus on sustainable business growth in construction, property development, project management, quantity surveying, asset and facilities management and strategic global sourcing across all real estate asset classes. Marty creates a strong vision for the future, develops and implements strategic and operational plans. He has a strong focus on culture, innovation, collaboration and doing the right thing.

Marty provides overall operational management for ICL Construction and manages the key relationship management, business development, property development and partnering opportunities.
