Matty is a qualified carpenter and stepped up to the role of a foreman in late 2019.
Matty's first project as foreman was an education project with an extremely tight timeframe, which he sucessfully delivered.
Matty is a a well respected member of the ICL team and has been with ICL since 2016 completing his apprenticeship.
