Rayleen Badenhorst

Rayleen joins ICL Construction in 2020 brining with her around 19 years' experience within business operations management and financial control ( accountancy ), her experience includes financial management, procurement, human resources, health and safety and regulatory control. Rayleen is highly focussed, driven and has an engaging persona, she drives results, manages performance, builds strong relationships ensuring her contribution positively affects all stakeholders.

Rayleen forms an integral part of the ICL Management Team, her purpose is to ensure the efficient running and cycle of the adminitration process to support projects and work fronts including Health and Safety. This position provides a trusted conduit between ICL's frontline staff, providing HR/HSE functions whilst encuring and providing support to our Project Managers and Quantity Surveying team.
