Simon Devonshire

Simon is one of our most senior Supervisors / Foreman, and his involvement in your project work will add substantial depth of technical skill and site management experience to your property projects, having leadership roles on project ranging in value from $200,000 to $8 million.

With strengths in co-ordinating complex services and designs, a huge knowledge of construction, and an innovative way of thinking, Simon will contribute considerably towards the benefits of early contractor involvement. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, including more than 15 years at ICL Construction. His experience spans commercial and residential construction, and he has a proven track record in staff and subcontractor management.

Skilled in setting and achieving construction programmes, he will lead the on-site teams and liaise clearly and frequently with project managers, suppliers and subcontractors to bring a strong, co-ordinated approach to the construction stage. Simon will prepare daily reports to project managers regarding on-site progress.

He consistently achieves builds that adhere to the project-specific methodology, he methodically co-ordinates health and safety compliance, and proficiently manages health, safety, and environment risks on site.

Simon has supervised the construction of some of Taranaki's leading and more complex construction projects.
